Calm Mind Transformation Program (CMTP)

At SEED Counselling Services, we value transparency and strive to provide professional psychological services with honesty and integrity. Before enrolling in the Calm Mind Transformation Program (CMTP) – 90-Day Anxiety & Stress Relief System, every client is required to book an initial consultation by paying a ₹499 consultation fee.

This consultation is conducted by Ms. Meenakshi Mishra, Psychologist, Counsellor, Therapist, and Emotional Well-being Expert with over 18 years of experience in mental health. The session is designed to understand your concerns, assess your emotional well-being, discuss your goals, and determine whether the CMTP program is the right fit for you.

Consultation Fee Refund Policy

The ₹499 consultation fee is generally non-refundable once the appointment has been confirmed. The fee reserves dedicated professional time exclusively for you and covers the psychologist’s assessment, preparation, and consultation services.

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

• Change of mind after booking.
• Failure to attend the scheduled consultation.
• Late arrival resulting in a missed session.
• Personal scheduling conflicts.
• Technical or internet issues from the client’s side.
• Decision not to join the CMTP program after consultation.
• Dissatisfaction due to personal expectations after the consultation has been provided.

Appointment Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation, you may request to reschedule your appointment by informing us at least 24 hours in advance.

Subject to availability, one complimentary rescheduling request may be allowed. Requests received less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may not be accommodated.

Clients who miss the rescheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit the consultation fee.

Exceptional Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment made for the same consultation.
• Payment successfully deducted but the appointment could not be scheduled due to an error on the part of SEED Counselling Services.
• The consultation is cancelled by SEED Counselling Services and you choose not to reschedule.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to payment gateway and banking timelines.

Program Enrollment

The ₹499 consultation fee is charged solely for the professional consultation session and does not constitute enrollment in the Calm Mind Transformation Program.

Enrollment into the 90-Day CMTP is optional and requires separate registration and payment after the consultation. Participation in the consultation does not guarantee admission into the program, as suitability is determined through professional assessment.
